Treadmills are a great way to exercise indoors and stay in shape. It is not surprising that treadmills are the popular form of indoor exercise equipment. Realizing the situation, a number of manufacturers have introduced a range of models with attractive features. Icon Health and Fitness Inc,  a reputed manufacturer of fitness equipment manufactures a brand of sporting equipment called Weslo, amongst others.

One of the models in this brand is the Weslo Cadence 200 treadmill.

It is a lightweight machine that weighs just 77 lbs. It is a combination of performance and affordability.

Let us take a quick look at its features:
- 1 hp motor
- 0- 5 MPH speed control
- 40 “x 13 “belt area
-  LCD monitor displays speed, distance and calories burned
- The treadmill features three incline positions of 5%, 7% & 9%
- A cushioning feature helps to reduce the strain on the ankles and joints.
- built using space saver technology and can be conveniently folded and put away when not in use.

Even though the motor is just 1 hp, it is a good machine. It is very useful for those who travel a lot. This machine is extremely beneficial for those who spend a lot of time on their computers and cannot get enough exercise. It is a good option for old people who need to have a workout every now and then.

The tread belt is a bit narrow. The user has to focus a bit when walking and has to make sure that he or she remains in the center of the belt.

The warranty is just 90 days, as is the case with other Weslo models. You can optionally extend the warranty for a period of one, two or three years by paying an additional sum of $39, $59 or $79. A good buy at a reasonable price sums up this machine.
