Review of The Epic 425 mx Treadmill

Epic treadmills are from the company called Icon Health and Fitness, Inc. The company owns a number of other popular brands such as NordicTrack, Weslo, Image and Reebok. The company is pushing this brand through a number of retailers, including the renowned online retail store called Costco.

There are mainly two models of Epic in the market. One of them is the Epic 425 mx treadmill. This is a heavy-duty treadmill from Icon that has a number of useful features. It costs just under $1000.

Customers using this treadmill are very happy that they have a treadmill with features that are normally available in other treadmill brands that cost above $2500.

The Epic 425 mx treadmill comes in two versions. One of them is available with a 3.0 chp and the other has a 2.0 chp motor called the commercial grade Odyssey Drive System. Because of the powerful motor and heavy deck, the company advertises and sells this model as a commercial grade treadmill and claims that this model can provide hours of trouble free performance.

There is an internal fan attached to it to cool it for long hour workouts. The tread belt is self-lubricating and has a dimension of 20'X60'.  The self-lubricating system takes away your burden of lubricating the belt. The frame of the treadmill has a lifetime warranty and the motor is covered by a twelve-year warranty. The best part is that the treadmills can be folded up after use. It has been designed with SpaceSaver technology. It has a hydraulic system that helps to fold the machine properly. It has a cushioning system called Comfort Stride that allows you to run the full length of the treadmill, without any strain to the sensitive joints of your ankles or knees.

If you were able to get so many features at such an economical price, then you would also want to buy this treadmill.
